Monthly stays · London

A whole house for a month,
not a hotel room for thirty nights.

For a relocation, a contract, a renovation or a shoot. Furnished, bills included, somewhere to cook and somewhere to work.

Who takes them

Almost nobody books a month for a holiday. These are the four reasons people write to us.

Relocating

A place to live while you find somewhere permanent, without a twelve-month tenancy, a deposit scheme or a referencing agency. Furnished, on a meter you do not have to set up, from the night you land.

Here for work

A contract, a project, a secondment. A whole house with a kitchen and a desk rather than a hotel room and a room-service menu, and one invoice at the end of it.

Renovating or between homes

The sale fell through, the builders have overrun, the chain has moved. Somewhere to put the family for a month or three while it sorts itself out.

Filming or a production

Cast and crew in one place, with space to work in the evening and a kitchen rather than a per-diem. Tell us the shoot dates and what you need and we will tell you what fits.

What a month costs

The rate falls as the stay gets longer, and the discount is already in the price before you touch anything.

Rates are loading — choose a residence and your dates to see the full price.

Discounts apply from 30 nights and are shown in full on each property page once you pick your dates. Choose dates there and the whole price appears — accommodation, the discount, the cleaning fee and the total — before you are asked for anything.

The terms

The monthly rate

It applies from 30 nights and is already in the price you see. The same calculation for everyone — there is nothing to negotiate and no better number by asking.

One cleaning fee

Charged once for the stay, not once a week — and the housekeeping below is on top of it, at no charge.

Bills included

Electricity, water, heating and wifi are all in the price. No meter to read, no account to open, no deposit held against them.

Housekeeping every 30 nights

A full clean and fresh linen after each 30 nights of your stay, at no charge. A flat let does not come with that.

30 days to change your mind

Free cancellation until 30 days before you arrive, and a full refund to the card you paid with. Inside 30 days there is no refund, so tell us early if plans move.

Booked direct

No platform service fee on top, and you deal with the people who actually run the properties rather than a messaging inbox.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us the dates

Email or WhatsApp with roughly when and roughly how many. We will say straight away whether we have something, and if we do not, we will say that too.

  2. 2

    See the real number

The full price for your dates, with the monthly rate already in it and the cleaning fee shown. Nothing is added later and there is no agency fee.

  3. 3

    Book it

On this site, with a card. You get the keys, the door codes and a number that a person answers.

Questions

How long is a monthly stay?
Thirty nights or more. On most of the residences the nightly rate drops at seven nights and again at thirty, so a 29-night stay is priced as a long weekly one and a 30-night stay gets the monthly rate — often worth the extra night.
Can I stay longer than a month?
Up to 90 nights. The monthly rate holds for the whole booking, and we can check the calendar further out than the site shows. Beyond 90 nights it stops being a short let and becomes a tenancy, which is a different agreement — write to us and we will talk it through.
Is the place cleaned during the stay?
Yes. After each 30 nights we come in for a full clean and change the linen and towels, at no extra charge. Tell us a day that suits and we work around you.
Do I have to pay it all upfront?
The site takes payment at booking. For longer stays, write to us before you book and we will talk about a deposit and a balance nearer the time.
Are bills included?
Yes, all of them — electricity, water, heating and wifi. There is no meter to read, no account to open and no allowance to go over. The price you are quoted is what the stay costs.
Can I get an invoice for my employer?
Yes. Tell us the company name and address before you book and we will invoice in that name. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on the invoice and nothing to add to the figure you were quoted.
What if I need to leave early?
The booking is for the dates you book. We cannot refund unused nights once you are inside the cancellation window, so if the end date is uncertain, talk to us first and we will book it in a way that suits.

Tell us your dates

Roughly when, roughly how many, and anything that matters — a desk, a parking space, a cot. We will tell you what we have and what it costs, or that we have nothing, which is quicker for both of us.
