Nothing that identifies you is stored until you accept. When you first arrive we ask once, and until you choose, the measurement and advertising cookies below stay switched off.

If you accept. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which residences and pages lead to bookings, and Google Ads so that we can show our residences again to people who have already visited. Both set cookies in your browser (_ga and similar, kept for up to two years) holding a random identifier — not your name, email or booking.

If you decline. No analytics or advertising cookies are set at all. Everything on the site works exactly the same, and you will not be asked again on this device.

Always on. On the checkout page, Stripe — which takes the payment — sets its own cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) to spot fraud. These are strictly necessary for paying and are covered by Stripe's privacy policy. We also keep your cookie choice itself in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again; it is never sent to us.

Changing your mind. Use the button below at any time. Declining afterwards stops any further collection; to remove cookies already set, clear them in your browser settings.
