City Dreams Property Management Ltd (Unit 3-4 Cranmere Court, Lustleigh Close, Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter, England, EX2 8PW) is the data controller for this website. Write to contact@citydreams.uk about anything on this page.

What we collect. The minimum needed to run a short-term let: your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests, anything you tell us about your stay, and — when we run an identity check — the details you provide for it. We use this to take and manage your booking (the contract between us) and to meet legal duties such as keeping accounting records.

Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy and may use cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention.

Our systems. Bookings are managed in Guesty, our property-management system, which stores your booking under its own privacy policy. Emails about your booking are sent through it.

What we send. Emails about your booking — confirmation, arrival instructions, a request for a review afterwards. We do not send marketing unless you ask for it, and we never sell your data or share it with anyone other than the processors above.

How long. Booking records are kept for six years after the stay, as UK accounting law requires. Identity-check details are deleted after the stay unless we need them for a dispute.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
